Alan R. Morgan leads the Global Culinary Development Team at Whole Foods Market as the Global Senior Coordinator of Culinary Development. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and has been with Whole Foods Market for 12 years, previously serving as a Prepared Foods Team Leader, R&D Chef, and Culinary Coordinator. Alan heads up innovation efforts in the prepared foods and bakery departments, which includes Whole Foods Market’s hot bars, specialty dessert cases (mochi ice cream and macarons), and holiday meal offerings. He is passionate about creating groundbreaking, high quality recipes for shoppers, and empowering his team members to do the same.
