On Saturday, January 9, 2010, Jack Frankel (75) and Fina Nikolos (67) – lovebirds and foodies alike – will tie the knot at the very spot they met: Whole Foods Market Coral Springs. The happy couple met at the store in May 2009 while shopping and now will be married in the store’s café at 10 a.m. sharp. “We were thrilled and touched when we heard of their plans,” said Jonny Rose, the store’s Marketing & Community Relations Specialist. “We’re happy to be a big part of their special day”
Following the ceremony will be a delicious spread catered by (who else?), Whole Foods Market. Offerings will include Beef Stroganoff, hot Thai mahi mahi curry and pork vindaloo as well as a champagne toast and a custom wedding carrot cake.
