Allen Culp began his career with Whole Foods Market in 2009 as a Shift Leader in the San Francisco Bay Area. He continued to grow his career at Whole Foods Market becoming the Executive Coordinator of Operations for the Northern California Region in 2017. Two-years later, he found himself relocated across the country to New Jersey taking on the role of Vice President of Operations for the Northeast Operational Area. In this role he supported 101 stores, a Team Member base of 24,000+, and executed 19 new store openings.
In 2025, after three decades of progressive grocery leadership experience, he was named the Senior Vice President of Operations for the North Atlantic and International Operational Area, where he oversees more than 69 stores in the North Atlantic area, including Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and stores in Canada and the United Kingdom.
Allen is steadfast in his dedication to hiring and developing the best talent and is known as a ‘connector,’ excelling in building authentic relationships across all organizational levels. Allen is a father to two daughters, a vintage car lover, Star Wars aficionado, and aspiring Lego master builder.
