As Executive Vice President of Operations, Bill is responsible for driving operations strategy, including improving the Team Member and customer experience, operational excellence, and financial results. Bill brings more than 37 years of experience in the natural foods industry – including eight years as President of Whole Foods Market’s nine-state Rocky Mountain Region.
He began his career as a courtesy clerk at Mrs. Gooch’s, a business that Whole Foods Market acquired in 1993. Additionally, he has served as an Associate Store Team Leader, a regional Grocery Coordinator, and as a Regional Vice President of Operations and Purchasing for 16 years in the Southern Pacific Region. Bill is a three-time Whole Foods Market Global All Star and a three-time Regional All Star.
