As Vice President of Sustainability at Whole Foods Market, Caitlin is driven by her passion for sustainability and its role in shaping communities, both locally and globally. From fields to plates, she is committed to improving Whole Foods Market’s impact on our environment. She is responsible for implementing the company’s sustainability vision and strategy across more than 530 stores worldwide.

From waste reduction to energy management to water and land stewardship, she works to improve Whole Foods Market’s impact as a company and plays a key role in developing new social and environmental practices. Prior to joining Whole Foods Market, she spent more than a decade leading Sustainability for Chipotle, where she executed their sustainability vision for over 2,500 restaurants around the world.
