His educational background includes a BS in Culinary Arts and BS in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson and Wales University, along with a Masters in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Georgia. Recruited from a wellness resort in Austin called Miraval, Michael’s purpose-aligned perfectly with Whole Foods Market’s commitment to intentional sourcing and wellness.
