Nicole Davia began her career with Whole Foods Market in 1993 as a Team Leader in the bakery, specialty, and grocery departments in the legacy Mid-Atlantic region. She advanced into senior leadership roles, including Associate Store Team Leader, Store Team Leader, and Regional Vice President in both the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Throughout her tenure, she successfully led the opening of 15 new stores, four relocations, and 10 major renovations.
In 2018, Nicole was named Regional President of the Northeast region, and she now serves as Senior Vice President of the Northeast Operational Area, overseeing more than 100 stores. A passionate advocate for local suppliers and emerging brands, she champions initiatives that highlight regional products and support community-based entrepreneurship.
Nicole is also actively involved in volunteer work with women’s organizations and is an avid food and cooking enthusiast. Her involvement with the Adopt a Goat program sparked a personal interest in goat farming and deepened her commitment to sustainable agriculture and animal welfare.
