Nicole Davia began her career with Whole Foods Market in 1993 as a team leader in the bakery, specialty and grocery departments at stores in the Mid-Atlantic region. She worked her way up to Associate Store Team Leader and Store Team Leader before relocating to the Northeast region, where she spent six years as Regional Vice President. Nicole returned to the Mid-Atlantic in 2013 to serve as Executive Coordinator and then Regional Vice President, overseeing 15 new stores, four relocations and 10 renovations during her leadership tenure in the two regions.
In 2018, Nicole was named President of the Northeast region where she oversees more than 41 stores. Nicole is an avid food and cooking enthusiast and her volunteer work with the Adopt a Goat program inspired a personal interest in goat farming.
