Paul Young, currently serving as the Innovation Kitchen Manager at Whole Foods Market, is a culinary enthusiast with a lifelong passion for food. Originating from Springfield, NJ, Paul’s culinary journey began at a young age, influenced by hands-on kitchen experiences and a deep admiration for 90’s Food Network shows. Before joining Whole Foods Market three years ago, Paul held diverse roles as a clinical dietitian, food service and catering director, and general manager. His educational background includes a double major in Food Management and Dietetics, along with a Registered Dietitian credential, coupled with self-taught culinary skills. Beyond his role, he values the work-life balance and cherishes the camaraderie with his team members at Whole Foods Market. Outside of work, Paul’s passions include craft beer and cooking, reflecting his well-rounded culinary interests and defining his personality.
