Stephanie Curley is the Senior Principal Program Manager, Growth & Innovation at Whole Foods Market. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Stephanie graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, focusing on strategic communications. Stephanie’s career began in New York City, where she worked at various PR and Marketing agencies, focusing on consumer communications for clients across multiple industries, including the Burgundy Wine Board, iRobot, and Tabasco.

Stephanie joined the marketing team at Whole Foods Market in February 2013, where she concentrated on in-store execution, community relations and new store openings, ensuring all her work intersected with customer needs and experiences. Her extensive background in consumer communications proved invaluable as she grew her career within the company.

In May 2023, Stephanie transitioned to her current role as Sr. Principal Program Manager, Growth & Innovation. In this position, she focuses on conceptualizing new store formats and bringing approved concepts to life. Her role involves coordinating with multiple teams to move new projects forward, ensuring that innovative ideas are executed effectively and align with Whole Foods Market’s standards. Stephanie’s passion for supporting emerging brands and fostering innovation within Whole Foods Market drives her commitment to her role.

Outside of work, Stephanie is a mom to two young boys and enjoys New York City’s rich cultural events, including concerts, plays and shows.
