As part of its commitment to supporting the local communities each store serves Whole Foods Market partners with Hawai‘i nonprofits in a variety of ways. The ways each store gives varies – including everything from donations to local foods banks, change drives, team member volunteer days, and clothing drives.
In addition to donations and volunteering time, Whole Foods Market also holds quarterly Community Support Days during which five percent of all net sales from the day benefit a designated community group. To-date, Whole Foods Market’s Community Support Days have raised more than $16,400 for Hawai‘i nonprofits.
