HONOLULU, Hawaii (September 21, 2010) – Whole Foods Market announced today that Lindsay Mucha has joined its Kahala store as store team leader. A Whole Foods Market veteran, Mucha started with the company in 2005 at the Whole Foods Market store in NewOrleans.
“Lindsay’s experience as a team leader and ability to work in different environments make her a great asset to the Kahala store,” said Maren Giuliano, Whole Foods Market regional vice president. “We are excited to have her join the Whole Foods Market Hawaii “’ohana” and share her enthusiasm for the Whole Foods Market brand and core values with Hawaii shoppers.”
As store team leader Mucha will be responsible for overseeing the store’s daily operations, purchasing and customer service.
Prior to moving to Whole Foods Market’s Kahala store, Mucha held the position of store team leader for the company’s Bellaire store in Houston, Texas. She has also worked at Whole Foods Market’s Washington D.C. location where she oversaw the store’s Prepared Foods department.
“It’s been a great adventure and privilege to move to Hawaii and learn about this beautiful, unique place and to get to meet and interact with our store’s loyal shoppers,” said Mucha.
