Whole Foods Market Manhattan West Now Open

New store in Hudson Yards neighborhood offers wide array of local products and four Friends of Whole Foods Market venues

NEW YORK (July 17, 2020) On Friday, July 17, Whole Foods Market opened its 14th location in New York City. The 60,245 square-foot store in Manhattan, located at 450 W. 33rd St., is part of the 5.4 million-square-foot Hudson Yards development. Shoppers can enter the plaza at Manhattan West on Ninth Avenue between 31st and 33rd Streets, or enter the store directly on the corner of 31st Street and 10th Avenue. Easily navigate to the entrance of the store using the address 368 10th Avenue. 

Special features of the new Manhattan West store include:

All food at Whole Foods Market must meet the company’s rigorous quality standards, which prohibit hydrogenated fats, high-fructose corn syrup and artificial sweeteners, as well as over 100 colors, flavors and preservatives commonly found in food. In addition, all beauty and body care products must meet the company’s body care standards, which ban more than 100 commonly used ingredients, including phthalates, parabens and microbeads.
