NASHVILLE (November 28, 2007) – The first Whole Foods Market® (NASDAQ: WFMI) in the state of Tennessee celebrates the opening of its new Salud! Cooking School Thursday December 6th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees will get a peek at the cooking school and help raise money for Second Harvest Community Food Bank.

Salud! Director, Merijoy Rucker, says, “We’re looking forward to showing off our beautiful new Salud! Cooking School and introducing Green Hills to some exciting and fun classes. Salud! will open with a limited schedule for the month of December, with a focus on children's and holiday classes, and a full quarterly class schedule beginning in January.
