(July 20, 2004) Whole Foods Market, the world's largest natural and organic supermarket, opens its doors to the Valencia community on Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at 9:00 a.m., with a new store opening at the Valencia Crossroads Shopping Center, 24130 Valencia Blvd., at McBean Parkway and Valencia Blvd. This is the first Whole Foods Market store in the Santa Clarita valley.
With nearly 40,000 sq. feet of space, this Whole Foods Market features premium organic and natural foods, free of artificial additives and preservatives, along with a complete selection of health and body care products. The store will bring more than 150 new jobs into the community.
