(Beverly Hills, Calif.) -Whole Foods Market and Concord Music Group are proud to announce the release of The Whole Experience Music Series. Curated by GRAMMY nominated saxophonist and philanthropist Dave Koz, the music series is launched with four CDs: Come On Over: Backyard BBQ, Date Night: Heart and Soul, Wine and Dine: Prelude to a Kiss, and Your Time: Awaken, Inspire, Renew. Each title includes hand-picked songs that provide the soundtrack to a special occasion, and are available at select Whole Foods Market locations in southern California, southern Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii this summer.

The Whole Experience series features music by artists such as Alison Krauss and Union Station, Miles Davis, Macy Gray, George Benson, Frank Sinatra and many more. A portion of the proceeds of each album purchased will be donated to The GRAMMY Foundation’s GRAMMY Signature Schools program, which honors top public high school music programs.

To kick-off this exciting initiative, alumni of the GRAMMY Camp, just one of the educational initiatives of the GRAMMY Foundation, will be performing at the Whole Foods Market in West Los Angeles, located at 11666 National Blvd., Los Angeles CA 90064, on August 18 from 5 – 6:30pm.  Dave Koz will also be in attendance to sign CDs and greet fans.

“Combining the vast catalog of music under the Concord Music Group banner with the savvy, music-loving tastes of Whole Foods Market customers, this project was a completely natural fit and came together effortlessly,” says Koz.  “With people being so busy these days, it's great to give folks an easy-to-find, high-quality music solution for their everyday lifestyle needs. Whether it's music for a Summer BBQ or a romantic dinner date, this series of CDs will hopefully provide the perfect complement to enhance the experience. The fact that a portion of the CD sales will go to help keep music programs alive in local schools, makes this project a total win-win.”

“Music lovers, especially the savvy customers of Whole Foods Market, are looking for ways to incorporate music into the fun and noteworthy events of their lives, “ said Marc Morgenstern, Chief Market and Asset Development Officer at Concord. “We’re pleased to be working closely with Whole Foods Market to provide just the right music for those occasions.”

“Whole Foods Market is happy to offer easy ways to bring music into our customer's lives and to encourage pairing great food and great music to create great memories. Selling CD’s in our stores makes it easy for our customers to combine shopping for music with shopping for delicious, high quality food for entertaining or just relaxing with friends and loved ones,” said Patrick Bradley, Southern Pacific Regional President at Whole Foods Market. “We are also very proud to be sharing in a program that keeps music thriving in schools.”    For more information about GRAMMY Signature Schools Program: www.grammyintheschools.com For more information on Dave Koz, and his most recent album Hello Tomorrow: https://www.davekoz.com
