CARROLLWOOD, Fla. – The first day of school can be exciting and hectic. To help make it a little easier on the entire family, Whole Foods Market Carrollwood will be providing 300 free back-to-school lunches this Sunday, Aug. 18 as part of their Back-to-School Bash.

The lunches, which will given out at 4 p.m., are pre-packed and ready for children to take to school on their first day. They include: Cubed Turkey with baby carrots, choice of fruit, Pretzel Crisps, KIND Bars, Gogo Squeez (applesauce pouch) and Organic Juice Boxes. The back-to-school lunches are available while supplies last; limit one per child.

Prior to the lunch giveaway, Whole Foods Carrollwood will host a Back-to-School Bash from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. The event is free and will feature kid-friendly festivities, free storewide sampling and special back-to-school deals. The event will feature activities from mobile garden Truck Farm Tampa, MOSI and our very own Kid’s Club teachers. The first 100 families will receive a free school fun pack.
