(Morristown, N.J. – April 10, 2015) – Whole Foods Market will celebrate the grand opening of its much-anticipated Morristown store on Wednesday, April 22, with Fosterfields Living Historical Farm as a 5 percent community giving day recipient. As part of Whole Foods Market’s commitment to its local communities and honoring a historic landmark in Morristown, Fosterfields will receive 5 percent of the store’s sales from opening day to support environmental education programs on the farm and unique opportunities to experience Morristown’s agricultural heritage.

Fosterfields will offer a glimpse into the Victorian era with all-day butter churning demonstrations.

The store will continue to host special fundraising opportunities throughout the year with various local organizations. To date, valuable partnerships have been forged with Neighborhood House, the Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown, and Sustainable Morristown.
