Whole Foods Market Team Members Compete in Apple Pie Eating Contest
WHO/WHAT: In celebration of summer and all things American, three team members (employees) of Whole Foods Market Coral Springs will battle it out in an apple pie eating contest on Saturday, July 3 at 1 p.m. Each team member will be partnered with a customer to cheer them on as they try to consume as many apple pies as possible in a five minute time span. The winning duo will be awarded Whole Foods Market gift cards, and bragging rights to the prestigious victory. The three team members and three customers will all be chosen at random on Thursday, June 29, 2010. Customers may enter to win the chance to be a “professional cheerer” at the Coral Springs store from Monday, June 21 through Sunday, June 27, 2010 and need not be present at the drawing.
WHEN/WHERE: The contest, held in front of an audience in the store’s Café, will take place Saturday, July 3 at 1 p.m..
