The 5% Day funds will go towards this endeavor. Ment’or Chairman and renowned Chef Daniel Boulud will be making an appearance at Whole Foods Market Bryant Park in support of 5% day. The public can come visit him in the Harbor Bar from 12 to 2PM to taste his famous smoked salmon and discuss the work of the organization.
  • Les Dames d’Escoffier – Les Dames d'Escoffier International is the premier, invitational, non-profit organization of women leaders dedicated to education, advocacy, and philanthropy through the support of its partners and members in the food, fine beverage and hospitality industries.
